We had a really nice time in this family-friendly hotel in Rosemont. The staff were excellent and nice. The location was good near shops. It was also close to the airport for the promised van and the arena.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a kitchen. The staff, especially Gaetano, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast may be basic, but the price and value for the stay is great. I would recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

Closeness to freeway, friendliness of most clerks.

Some clerks acted like they were doing us a favor. Smiles and pleasantries go a long way. Some clerks get that and some don't.

The hotel staff was accommodating, allowing me to check in early after a long flight. The ironing facility was convenient for unwrinkling my clothes. There were plenty of nearby food outlets and grocery stores within walking distance.

Felt at ease and had no complaints during my stay.
